Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Cuiabá (Mato Grosso)
- Arrival in Cuiabá, where the team will welcome you
- Departure by vehicle toward Poconé — approximately 100 km
- Journey along the iconic Transpantaneira Highway with wildlife spotting
- Arrival at the lodge, check-in, and free time
- Dinner included

Days 2–3
Porto Jofre & Jaguar Watching
- Breakfast at the lodge
- Drive of approximately 45 minutes to Porto Jofre
- Boat safari along the Cuiabá River, focused on jaguar sightings and other iconic wildlife
- Return to the lodge in the late afternoon (no rush to return)
- Dinner included
Day 4
Activities in the Reserve & Safaris
- Breakfast served between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.
- Two-hour walk through the reserve, exploring trails and observing local wildlife
- Return to the lodge for lunch
- At 3:00 p.m., departure for a vehicle safari in the region
- Dinner included
- After dinner, another night safari for nocturnal species
Day 5
Return to Cuiabá
- Free time for breakfast from 6:30 to 8:00 AM
- Time to organize luggage and get ready for departure
- At 9:00 AM, start of the return trip to Cuiabá
